Travel + Leisure magazine has come out with its annual poll that compares American cities in categories like People, Hotels, Culture and Shopping. While the ranking didn’t produce any major shockers—anyone who’s been to Chicago in January can understand the city’s dead last ranking in weather—it could inflict a little ego damage.

Here are some highlights (or lowlights, depending on where you live):

• Hottest: Miami
• Ugliest: Philadelphia

• Smartest: Minneapolis/St.Paul
• Dumbest: Las Vegas

• Most Stylish: New York
• Fashion Tragedies: St. Louis

• Best Singles Scene: New Orleans
• Good luck finding a date: Santa Fe

• Plethora of Parks: Portland
• Concrete Jungle: Las Vegas
