On Wednesday, May 12, 2010, I did a webinar for WebEx-Cisco called “How to Use Twitter as a Marketing Weapon.” For approximately one hour I showed how people can use Twitter for more than updating the status of their cat rolling over. That was a great talk but I'm finding that the Objective Marketer tool leaves a lot to be desired in terms of usability and user support.

It was a very enlightening webinar; so great to have it as a replay, even though I expect it to be 'dated' soon. Facebook vs. Twitter comments were good; Now I know why I see Guy on Twitter so often...

I'm going to retract my remark about user support at ObjectiveMarketer - they did respond promptly when I emailed them about an issue I was having - so kudos for being responsive.
