Kim Phuc became the poster child for resistance against the Vietnam War after suffering the unthinkable pain of a napalm attack more than forty years ago.
Though she and her husband tried to escape the story captured in that picture, Kim returned to the international scene to speak out for the youngest victims of war.
The first video below sketches a short biography of her experience, and in the second, the beautiful woman made famous as “Napalm Girl” takes the stage to describe her experience.
