Want to up your sperm count and concentration? Turn off the TV and exercise
The British Journal of Sports Medicine released a study that indicates that exercise increases the number of sperm and their concentration. "Men who watched 20 or more hours of TV per week had a sperm concentration 44 percent lower than those who watched almost no TV."

+Alex Bolotov computer: your sperm will just go "pew pew" and never reach their destination. Books your sperm will contemplate the nature and philosophy of being a sperm, and consider entering the egg to be conformist and refuse to go.
Heh heh. I've been exercising a lot lately.
Surely those who watch TV all day release their 'swimmers' from captivity more often than those who exercise?…So they are not available to count….
Its rang becaus the sperm death in particular temperatur . Your siting place cool then its normal of sperm above 70% hot place in below 50%. So avoid masterbation night using light dress
what happens if you watch TV while you exercise? mind blown
right – it has nothing to do ‘watching tv’ per se. the assumption is people who watch tv do it sitting in one place without any movement at all.
Hey wait a sec, how is sitting in front of a computer all day any different that watching TV??!?
if this is true, then american men must have some of the lowest sperm count in the world, yikes
