What's new with the iPhone4?
The new iPhone4 has 100 new features than the iPhone 3GS. As Apple puts it, iPhone4 is the best thing that's happened to the iPhone, well, since the iPhone. Apple CEO Steve Jobs highlighted only a handful of the new features and it was enough to trigger a mega list of articles and blog posts, and make me reaffirm my commitment as an iPhone owner.
True to Apple's reputation for creating visually beautiful products, the iPhone4 is made of stainless steel and glass and is 34% thinner than the iPhone 3GS, but 3 grams heavier. The stainless steel rim acts as an antennae which will provide better reception and connectivity (at least that's the intention).
The hardware is great too, most importantly the battery is bigger with the promise of 40% more talk time. The main camera has improved, but the coolest addition is the front facing video conferencing camera with an additional mic for noise cancellation.
For those (like me) who like to capture those special moments in life (constantly), the iPhone4 now has HD video recording...and editing!
