While there’s a time and a place for compromise, Scott Belsky, CEO of Behance and author of Making Ideas Happen, is a passionate believer in the virtues of the battle, creative people fighting for their ideas. Apathy is the enemy for creative teams, a sentiment anyone who’s suffered through a meeting plagued by silence can well understand.
The thing is, if it’s an idea worth fighting for, it’s likely an idea worth listening to.
