Most product managers have somehow convinced themselves that their customers both want and need more choices when it comes to their product line. This thinking leads companies to continuously add more colours, pricing plans, features, and so on to their products. But, the truth is, the one thing customers really don’t want is to have to make more decisions in order to buy products.
