Great if it can be made durable enough. Many people seriously abuse their cords and then blame the company at the first sign of failure. Great idea though.

I agree with Steve (Jobs?) above, about it appearing delicate, potentially lacking durability. UNTIL... I saw the 4 port adapter that uses a single wall socket brilliantly compactly. This attachment would (if made to ship standard with the thin cord type) solve the dainty butterfly vulnerability.
