You may have heard about the major catastrophe looming on the horizon thanks to antibiotic resistance, but the international medical community is on the case and doing their best to prevent the return of a world where a simple cut could turn deadly.
In this TED-Ed talk, originally presented by Kevin Wu and animated by Brett Underhill, we learn about what causes antibiotic resistance and what’s being done to create the next generation of drugs to take their place.
