A comparison of fasting versus cutting calories
Fasting is one of those fads many of us approach with a healthy dose of skepticism. Oddly enough, though, certain experiments have shown those who fast stop being hungry, while those who restrict calories crave more food.
Of course, we’re not here to say fasting is the solution to anyone’s weight or diet issues because we’re not doctors or nutritionists.
