Fake Steve Jobs penning TV series
Steve Jobs doesn’t seem like the type to plop down on the couch, slurp down a beer, and put in some serious time with the boob tube, but the Apple CEO could find himself tuning in to a new television project by Dan Lyons aka “Fake Steve Jobs.”
Lyons, now a Newsweek contributor, has teamed up with Larry Charles, director of “Borat” and “Religulous,” to develop a TV series called “iCon.” The show will air on cable channel Epix and is described as “a savage satire centering on a fictional Silicon Valley CEO whose ego is a study in power and greed.” No word on an air date for “iCon” yet or when you might be able to nab it off iTunes (or, maybe not).
