Tired of desperately trying to keep up with the latest fitness trends?
Instead, stick with a classic, courtesy of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The 5BX routine requires no gym membership, no equipment, but will get you up and moving often enough to be able to sprint across a parking lot and avoid killing someone with your car because you’re too exhausted to steer straight. Oddly, that’s actually an argument made in this training video.
