How to get your good ideas heard

Steve Roesler, Principal of the Steve Roesler Group provides four questions to ask yourself, before sharing your good idea:
- Will this idea make other people successful?
- Is my presentation as brief as possible because I have thoroughly edited my thoughts?
- Do I have objective criteria for success?
- How do I feel about the idea?
