Nine reasons to drink green tea


Chugging down your fifth cup of joe and feeling like your mouth could use a break from coffee breath? Consider sipping on green tea, a perfect hot beverage alternative that’s the trendiest drink since Tang. People have enjoyed green tea yumminess for thousands of years, but the beverage has reemerged recently as a coffee alternative and the “it” drink for health nuts and hipsters everywhere.

    I looked into a couple of studies which supposedly show that green tea causes weight loss, & neither of them had a control group given black tea.
